Water billing for mobile home parks, from a photo of each meter.
Walk your park, snap each lot's meter, and MeterPic works out every resident's water charge. No new meters, no retyping readings into a spreadsheet.
No new hardware. Works on any phone.
The problem
Monthly meter reading shouldn't take all day.
Dozens of lots, one clipboard
Reading meters lot by lot, then typing every number into a spreadsheet and hoping nothing was misread.
Disputes with no proof
When a resident questions a bill, a photo of the meter with the date and time settles it.
Leaks under the home
A lot using far more than its normal month gets flagged, so a running toilet or broken line shows up early.
How it works
Three steps, once a month.
Step 1: Snap
Photograph each meter on your route. The reading, date, and time are saved with the photo.
Step 2: Calculate
Charges are figured from your water rates, with odd readings flagged.
Step 3: Bill
Export charges to your rent software or send simple resident bills.
FAQ
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need new meters?
No. MeterPic works with the lot meters you already have.
Is it legal to bill residents for water?
Many states allow it when meters and bills follow their submetering rules. We're starting with Texas and building rate and fee settings to help you follow your local requirements. MeterPic isn't legal advice, so confirm your obligations with your state regulator.
Does it work with my rent software?
MeterPic exports each lot's water charge so you can add it to rent in the system you already use, or you can send residents a simple water bill.
